ICQ 2000b Beta v4.70 Build #3286

Thanks Shane for sending me this, Miralibis have knocked out another "beta" of ICQ2000b, yep you saw it right, not ICQ2001a but ICQ2000b k?

There have also been changes and enhancements made to some previous features of

the program, for example:

• There is a new design for User Details, a new menu on the left side

  of the dialog replaces the design tabs in previous ICQ versions. An additional

  Contact option highlights the concise information for the user. A similar

  design appears for the Alert/Accept Modes.

• In the Message dialog you now have the options to send your message

  by email and initiate an ICQphone call.
