Mission: Impossible 3 Launches Cross-Plaform

This year's latest installment in the M:I franchise will see Tom Cruise star in his action-thriller on 3 major formats: DVD, HD-DVD and Blu-Ray.

When the title launches on October 30 it will make history as the first feature to launch via each format, with more releases expected until either HD-DVD or Blu-Ray emerges victorious in the format war. The HD versions of the film will include 1080p resolution and 5.1 Dolby Digital Plus surround sound.
