N64 Goldeneye on DS?

Nintendo fansite GameCube Advanced posted an interesting report yesterday, supposedly confirming that the upcoming Goldeneye DS is based off the N64 title. The article goes on to say that the game is planned to support between 8 and 16 players over wireless LAN, with the possibility of wi-fi internet play.

Is it real? Well, we don't know. While message board denizens were quick to jump on the news, a few eagle-eyed readers noted the eventual removal of the phrase "Not a rumor, 100% confirmed" from the article's body.
