Prison Architect is free to claim on the GOG store as its winter sale begins

The GOG store is hosting a winter sale filled with DRM-free games, and as usual for major promotions, there's a new giveaway to celebrate the kick-off. The Paradox Interactive-published prison construction and management title Prison Architect can be claimed for free for the next three days.

Originally developed by Introversion Software, the 2D top-down sim revolves around constructing a profitable private prison. Players must build facilities, connect utilities, and manage staff, all the while taking in prisoners that require various amounts of security, from Minimum to Supermax.

Meanwhile, on the GOG Winter Sale, there are over 3,300 deals for DRM-free games and DLC available with discounts that go up to 91% off. Some highlights include Control Ultimate Edition for 50% off, The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series for 40% off, Divinity: Original Sin 2 - Definitive Edition for 60% off, Metro Exodus for 60% off, and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus for 60% off. The sale will run until January 4, 2021.

To claim the Prison Architect giveaway, GOG users can follow the link on the game's store page or simply click the claim button on the banner seen on the store's front page. The giveaway will last until December 19.
