Microsoft is discontinuing its Lumia Offers app

Microsoft is killing off its Lumia Offers app, which was previously used to cash in on such deals as a free Lumia Display Dock with the purchase of a Lumia 950 XL, or a free year of Office 365 Personal.

The app was previously available for all devices running Windows Phone 8.1 or better; however, it has been removed from the Store. To confirm matters, Aggiornamenti Lumia (via MSPU) opened the app to find the following message:

The message seems ambiguous at best. It claims that Lumia Offers is being integrated into the Windows Store; however, the deals that the Store offers are vastly different than the type that are shown in Lumia Offers. It seems unlikely that the Windows Store will be able to tell that you purchased a Lumia 950 and offer you a Display Dock.

In fact, the current offer in the US for buying a 950 or 950 XL is a free Display Dock. Of course, that's if you purchase it online, so in this case, the accessory is added to your cart at no extra fee.
