iOttie iON Wireless Stand and iON Wireless Mini: Unboxing and hands-on

Wireless charging has become more common over the past few years, thanks to a variety of devices adopting the technology. Because of this, there are plenty of different options, at many different price points. If you're looking for something a bit more premium, iOttie's iON Wireless Stand and Wireless Mini might be good options.

Both charging solutions offer a very simple design and come in three colors: Ash, Ivory, and Ruby. While Ash and Ivory are probably going to be the first choice for most, you can see that the robust Ruby looks quite good, despite its loud color. The Wireless Mini has a soft cloth top, with a rubberized ring that holds your device in place while charging. The Wireless Stand is an upright version of the Mini, offering dual charging coils, making it possible to charge in portrait or landscape orientation.

Both models are capable of supporting wireless fast charging and iOttie gives users just that by including an 18W AC adapter. This means that you won't have to purchase anything extra to enjoy fast charging on the iOttie wireless pads out of the box. Now, despite both charging pads being made from plastic, they feel solid, and shouldn't have any issues in your day to day use.

Again, there are many charging solutions out there, but if you are looking for something that is a good all-around unit that has some nice touches, you might want to consider the iON Wireless Stand and Wireless Mini, with the former costing $44.95 and the latter $49.99.
