Lines begin forming for iPhone 6 outside UK Apple Stores

It was bound to happen sooner or later, the queues are starting to form around the world. Last week we saw devout Apple fanatics in New York, this week the lines begin to form in the UK.

After the official announcement of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, it looks like some in the U.K. are ready to start lining up for the device that will be released in a little over a week.

Apple announced that the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will be making its debut on September 19th, 2014. According to the Daily Star, eager individuals have begun lining up to purchase the upcoming handset outside of the Regent Street Apple Store in London.

While it's unclear whether these people are Apple fanatics or just people trying to make a couple extra bucks reselling the device, it's certain that they are determined to be the first owners in the UK, come September 19th. Although they may be one of the first in the U.K., several individuals have had them beat by a week in the United States when they started lining up at Apple's 5th Avenue store in New York on September 3rd.

If you don't want to go through the torture of waiting in line, Apple will begin the pre-order process starting on September 12th. If you are unable to get a pre-order unit, you can always head to your local mobile service provider or Apple Store to try and snag a device on the 19th.
