Every year, filmmakers, musicians, startup companies, and more converge upon Austin, Texas to show their latest creations at the SXSW conference. This year, Neowin is at the technology portion of the event, SXSW Interactive.
In the past, companies such as Twitter and Foursquare used the conference to jumpstart their business. While breakouts haven't been quite as easy to find in recent years, we'll try to identify some of the hot new trends that you can expect to see in the near future. From listening to the buzz, it's clear that wearable technology will be a dominant force in the show, but we expect some interesting developments in gaming as well as health technology.
