Thanks guru for the heads up on this release. Nullsoft developers have released a beta version of Winamp 2.9 through the Winamp forums. There are a ton of changes and a few known issues listed over at the Winamp forums. 2.90 Beta is available for download in 3 flavours, full, standard and lite. Enjoy.
