AMD 45nm Phenom refresh details leaked.

According to Digitimes details about AMD's 45nm CPU codename Deneb have been leaked by motherboard makers.

Apparently AMD will release its first 45nm chips this year. With higher frequencies than with the curerently available 65nm Agena Phenom designs.

The two chips to become available will feature frequencies between 2.5 Ghz – 2.8 Ghz beating their current x4 9850 running at 2.5 Ghz.

Also in the new line-up is a Phenom X3 8850 running at 2.2 Ghz. A low power Phenom X4 9350e and Phenom X3 8450e

Sources have told DigiTimes that barring any major issues they should hit the market by the end of November.
