Microsoft adds three more games to Xbox One Backward Compatibility

Microsoft today is adding three more titles to the list of Xbox 360 games that are backward compatible with the Xbox One. Today's additions include Puzzle Quest 2, Puzzle Quest Galactrix, and Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.

Last week saw the addition of four titles, including Call of Duty: World at War, the fourth Call of Duty game to make it onto the Backward Compatibility list. Here are today's "new" games for the Xbox One:

Puzzle Quest 2 ($14.99)

Escape to a puzzle game fantasy world filled with amazing creatures, powerful weapons, and addictive role playing in this sequel to the award-winning Puzzle Quest.

Puzzle Quest Galactrix ($14.99)

Explore the entire Galactrix universe in the exciting return of the Puzzle Quest franchise with its signature addictive RPG/Puzzle hybrid gameplay.

Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed ($29.99)

Sonic and the All-Stars cast line up on the starting grid once again to battle for supremacy in the ultimate race. It’s not just racing, it’s racing transformed! Fully Transformable vehicles which change from car to plane to boat mid race, each with their own unique gameplay. Over 20 legendary All-Stars each with their own transformable vehicle. A multitude of modes including Grand Prix, Battle Arenas and the incredible World Tour. Unleash ingenious weaponry and your character’s All-Star move to beat the opposition. Race up to ten players online, or challenge your friends in four player split screen. 16 dynamic tracks which challenge you on land, water and air. Take to the track and challenge your friends as your X360 avatar with its exclusive transformable vehicle.

While backward compatible titles are a great way to get "new" games on the cheap, don't forget that all Xbox Live Gold members are entitled to four free games every month through Microsoft's Games with Gold program. You just have to claim them between the specified dates.

You can still get Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China (Xbox One) until the 15th, which was part of last month's promotion. As for this month's Games with Gold, you can grab MX vs ATV Reflex (Xbox 360) until the 15th and Super Mega Baseball: Extra Innings (Xbox One) until the end of the month.
