Towards the end of the most recent Nintendo Direct update, the release date for the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Switch bundle was revealed to be Nov 2nd alongside the GameCube controller and adapter.

Amazon has started offering Nintendo's Super Smash Bros.-themed GameCube controllers which were announced alongside the game at E3. The game will also be compatible with original GameCube controllers.
