Vibecoding platform Replit now available on Microsoft Azure

Microsoft replit

Replit is one of the fastest-growing vibecoding platforms that enables anyone to create applications using natural language. Replit claims that it has millions of users and over 500,000 business users worldwide. Today, Replit announced a partnership with Microsoft to bring its agentic software creation platform to more enterprise customers.

Previously, Replit only had integration with Google Cloud Platform, which allowed users to easily deploy their apps. With this new Microsoft partnership, users can now create applications on Replit and deploy them seamlessly to Microsoft Azure’s cloud infrastructure. This has been made possible through Replit's integration with a wide range of Microsoft cloud services, including Azure Container Apps, Azure Virtual Machines, and the Azure-native integration of Neon Serverless Postgres.

Excited to team up with Microsoft to bring Vibe Coding to the enterprise.

Now every team member—not just engineers—can turn ideas into software with Replit Agent, no code required.

Another key aspect of the partnership is the ability to purchase Replit directly via the Azure Marketplace. This will enable enterprises to seamlessly procure and adopt Replit across their organization. For now, the deployed apps will be hosted on Azure public cloud. In the future, Replit will support direct deployment to customers' own Azure environments.

Since Replit is SOC 2 Type II compliant and offers the controls enterprises need, enterprises will find it more attractive when compared to other emerging vibecoding platforms on the market.

Deb Cupp, President, Microsoft Americas, said:

"At Microsoft, we believe every person and every organization should be empowered to achieve more through technology. Our collaboration with Replit democratizes application development, enabling business teams across enterprises to innovate and solve problems without traditional technical barriers. Our relationship exemplifies our commitment to making powerful development tools accessible to everyone."

By simplifying the creation and deployment process, this partnership between Microsoft and Replit will democratize enterprise software development for millions of business users.
