Interplay's financial woes continue to increase after another article posted on No Mutants Allowed website. 20 employees have filed formal complaints with the California government labor agency because they have not been paid since April. Interplay's CEO Herve Caen has also missed 2 meetings with state labor investigators in the past week.

At this rate, Interplay will look at major fines and a possible shutdown. It's time Interplay takes responsibility for their actions and pay up there dues.
