PlayStation Plus games for January 2015 revealed

PlayStation Plus members are in for a treat as PlayStation's official Facebook page reveals the free games that will kick off the new year in style. The free games for January 2015 include Infamous: First Light for PS4 which snagged a 8.3/10 user rating and Prototype 2 for PS3 which received an 8.1 user rating on IGN. The games listed are supposedly for UK, and may be the same for the US region, although this has not been confirmed. The freebies include:

PS Vita

  • Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition
  • Whoa Dave!

PlayStation 3

  • Prototype 2
  • Duck Tales Remastered

PlayStation 4

  • Infamous: First Light
  • The Swapper

If you aren't a member of PlayStation Plus yet, you should probably consider it (provided that you own the selected Sony consoles); we recently reported that you could save a staggering amount of money every year by paying the relatively modest yearly subscription fee of $50.
