Motorola corrects a mistake by reducing the price of its Z2 Force by $79

It would appear that Motorola priced out its latest handset incorrectly when it first launched last week. Now the Moto Z2 Force is getting a little discount that will bring its pre-order price down to $720. While this surely isn't the most affordable top-tier device on the market, it is certainly a much better price than the near $800 from a week ago.

The Moto Z2 Force is the first handset from the firm with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 processor. The device is the successor to last year's Moto Z Force, and features top of the line specifications, but is also highly resistant to drops thanks to its ShatterShield display. What makes it completely different from last year's Moto Z though is that it will be readily available from major US wireless carriers.

If interested, you can now pre-order the handset directly or through your preferred wireless carrier and get a free Moto Insta-Share Projector Moto Mod. The price of the handset will be $720 through Motorola and will vary in price depending on your carrier. If on the fence about it, be sure to check out our unboxing video and first impressions.
