Sony has announced that it plans to cut 900 jobs, or 8 percent of its total workforce, worldwide, in its PlayStation division. They include cuts at several of its first-party PlayStation Studios

Sony offered a mixed bag of news about PlayStation in its latest financial report. It stated that console sales will start to decline, and we should not expect big first-party games this year.
