More and more information is leaking out about Windows 8, and this time it's over at WinUnleaked.tk which claims the screenshot of Windows 8's Start screen is of the latest build (version 8165) of Microsoft's upcoming PC operating system.

While the actual screenshot doesn't show anything new compared to the Developer's Preview build of Windows 8, the web site claims that using the new "Start Screen" is much different than the build that was first released in September. It states, "Microsoft worked hard (see above) on the start page, now the gesture is really great with a mouse, you can forget the Windows 8 Developer Preview."

It's possible that this new screenshot actually replaces the so called "charm bar" start menu which used to appear when you hovered over or near the Start taskbar button.

Also over on MDL, canouna who has already leaked much about the new Windows 8 builds, showed off a screenshot of a summary view of programs achieved by a touch gesture:

We can certainly expect to learn about more and more features and improvements that will be added to Windows 8 in the coming weeks. Microsoft is expected to demo a new build of Windows 8 during its keynote address during the Consumer Electronics show in Las Vegas in early January 2012.

Neowin will be at CES 2012 for all of the Windows 8 news that will be revealed during the show.
