Just over two weeks ago, Microsoft released version 3.1 of its Arrow Launcher app for Android to beta testers. Now, that same update is available to everyone, and it actually has more features listed in its changelog.
The main feature in this release is tablet support; previously, the launcher, which was developed by Microsoft's experimental Garage unit, only worked on phones. Here's the full changelog:

More beautiful Bing wallpapers.
Backup & restore: more backup options available.
Ability to hide headers.
Ability to configure the utility page: show/hide, choose card color (transparent or solid white)
Carousel scrolling mode.
Some of this looks familiar, as version 3.0 already brought support for horizontal scrolling in the app drawer. Along with that, other features such as more Bing wallpapers, the ability to hide headers, and the ability to configure the utility page were not listed on the original beta update two weeks ago.
Microsoft has been developing its Arrow Launcher app at a very rapid pace, especially considering that these minor updates seem to bring major new features. You can download the app from the Google Play Store here.
