Jimbo has released a new Beta of BackNews. It allows users to grab the latest news, forum posts, etc. off a website's xml backend.
Beta 2 Build 1080 is now available for download. This release includes the following new features/bug fixes:
- Less flicker!
- Improved Desktop Mode appearance while dragging.
- Error message when backend can't be loaded.
- Revamped Settings UI.
- Added confirmation to removing a backend.
- Fixed crash on exit.
- New icon.
- No longer dependant on the Internet Transfer Control.
- Removed dead and useless code.

Add the 10 most recent posts on neowin to your site using the following rdf files, right click "Copy Shortcut" and add to BackNews "Backend" option in "Settings"
