Surface Pro 4 vs MacBook Air 11-inch vs MacBook Air 13-inch

It's been a full week since the release of the Surface Pro 4 and we put together a proper photo gallery comparing Microsoft's Pro 4 with Apple's MacBook Air 11-inch and 13-inch models.

It has been a week since I traded my MacBook Air for Microsoft's latest Surface Pro 4. While I still need some time getting used to the Surface, I thought it would be interesting to compile a gallery of my previous workhorse with its newer replacement.

As you can see from the image above, the Surface Pro 4 sits right in-between a MacBook Air 11 and 13-inch. But if we had to choose, it is more comparable in size to the 11-inch model of the Air. As far thickness goes, the Pro 4 is a tad thinner on paper, but is barely noticeable when held in hand or viewed side-by-side.

While the Surface Pro 4 does weigh in at 1.73 pounds, it doesn't seem that much lighter compared to the Air's 2.38 pounds (11-inch) / 2.96 pounds (13-inch). But, I'm sure this is probably something you feel when you start lugging around the unit day in and day out.

For more pictures, be sure to check out the gallery below and check back soon as we will have our full review of the Surface Pro 4. If you have any comments or questions, be sure to leave them down below or find me on Twitter.
