You can pick up Samsung's Odyssey Windows Mixed Reality headset for $150 off

Samsung announced its new Odyssey+ Windows Mixed Reality headset today costing $499.99. If you are someone that isn't stuck on getting the latest and just wants to dive in, you might be interested in the original Odyssey Windows Mixed Reality headset that came out in 2017, especially since it can now be purchased at a discounted price.

The Microsoft Store will carry the newer model, which is currently unlisted, but the older unit is available for purchase there at $349. That means $150 has been knocked off the unit's original retail price. The device offers dual 3.5-inch AMOLED displays with a resolution of 1440 x 1600 pixels per eye. It also has built-in headphones by AKG that provide spacial audio and have dual array mics. The bundle also comes with motion controllers that will further immerse you into the digital world.

Although when it was first released, the Samsung model was the priciest Windows Mixed Reality headset available, it is good to see that it has been discounted. If you are interested, you can head to the Microsoft Store online to purchase it. If you want the 2018 model, you can head to Samsung's website.
