When the viral site IslandofRhodes.org was found in a secret message in God of War II, the site had no content at first except for a countdown timer. After the site originally revealed its contents, many fans were disappointed that it contained developer videos on God of War II instead of information about the next title in the series. Patience is a virtue, however.
When the countdown timer reached zero, the site revealed the title and the first trailer for the God of War game on PSP. Called God of War: Chains of Olympus, the game takes place before the events of the first God of War. Fans can sign up to receive a free UMD demo of the game at us.playstation.com.
