iPhotoDraw makes it easy to add annotations to your images. You can add text boxes, speech bubbles, arrows, shapes and text overlays and freely arrange one or more annotations within the same image. A variety of options allow you to customize font, colors, arrows styles and other object properties. The program saves all your annotations to an XML file and overlays them onto the image without actually changing your original. To permanently save the annotations, you can choose the "Export" option to create a new, annotated image file - leaving your original unchanged. iPhotoDraw supports most common image formats including JPG, PNG, TIFF and BMP.
iPhotoDraw is free. You can use it for personal, educational, or commercial usage without paying any fees.
