GRID 2 is now free to claim on the Humble Store

After a rather long break, the Humble Store is back with another free game giveaway. Codemasters 2013 racing title Grid 2 is the game on the freebie stage this time around, and it comes with a couple of DLC packs as well.

This giveaway turned out to be so popular that the entire Humble Store went down for a time, but everything seems to be up and running at the moment.

Along with the base game, this giveaway comes with keys for the Bathurst and Spa-Francorchamps track packs, DLC that normally come in at $9.99 each. Here's a short description of the classic Very Positive Steam user review rated-racer from its store page:

Be fast, be first and be famous as the race returns in GRID 2, the sequel to the BAFTA-award winning, multi-million selling Race Driver: GRID. Experience aggressive racing against advanced AI and become immersed in the race with GRID 2’s new TrueFeel™ Handling system which powers edge of control exhilaration behind the wheel of every iconic car.

GRID 2 is now available to claim for free via the Humble Store for the next three days until March 17 at 10am PT. It does require signing up to the Humble newsletter. However, there is a chance of Humble's pool of keys running out before the timer does, so be quick to claim the title.

And while on the subject of giveaways, don't forget that Epic Games Store is running a free promotion of its own for Slime Rancher currently.
