CES 2019: Withings debuts two new fitness wearables; one with an ECG costing $129

Apple might have been the first to popularize having an electrocardiogram (ECG) in a wearable with its Watch Series 4, but there are other options available. Withings, known for its many products related to health, isn't one to rest on its laurels and has debuted two new lifestyle trackers during CES 2019.

The Move and Move ECG offer a very simplistic styling that takes inspiration from some of its higher-end models like the Steel HR Sport. The look can pair with any situation and doesn't look like your typical fitness tracking device but instead opts for something more familiar, mimicking a traditional analog wrist watch.

Despite its simplistic looks, the Move and Move ECG offer plenty of power, capable of tracking different physical activities like walking, running, sleeping, swimming and more. Best of all, you don't need to charge the watches overnight, with the Move lasting up to 18 months, and the Move ECG lasting up to 12 months. While both watches offer near-identical features, the Move ECG, as the name states, offers an ECG sensor.

As for metrics, the devices utilize Withing's Health Mate app that is available for iOS and Android. Those that aren't savvy with a mobile device can also track metrics through a web portal. The Move is available for pre-order now for $69.95 and will be shipping towards the beginning of February. The ECG model will be made available in the second quarter of this year for $129.95.
