Microsoft has made the Surface Book i7 even more powerful

Microsoft calls it Surface Book the 'ultimate laptop' but, as they say, there's always improvement. While Surface head Panos Panay claimed it to the laptop with the greatest rate of satisfaction in the market, users were still asking for more power and Microsoft has obliged.

For the more powerhungry users, the Surface took the highest-end i7 version of the Surface Book and has redesigned it from the inside out for even better performance. Panos claimed that they were able to improve the graphics performance of the 2-in-1 to up to 2 times as much as before, making it 3X as graphically capable than the highest end MacBook Pro 13.

Another common complaint among users was battery life and the redesigned model also boasts 30% better battery life.

The device will be available for pre-order for $2,399 starting today and shipment will start in November.
