Just after announcing the completion of the acquisition of Mobileye, Intel has announced its plans to build a fleet of 100 autonomous vehicles for testing in the United States, Israel, and Europe.
Intel's $15.3 billion all-cash bid for Mobileye, which develops technology for autonomous vehicles, has now completed, Mobileye will be combined with Intel's Automated Driving Group.
Intel has announced that it will be acquiring Mobileye - a company which develops technology for autonomous vehicles - in an all-cash deal valued at $15.3 billion, priced at $63.54 per share.
