EA Sports shows off Xbox One game lineup

EA Sports was the first publisher to show off games for the Xbox One console from Microsoft. Electronic Arts showed a montage of footage from four upcoming EA Sports titles during the event, including Madden 25, FIFA 14, NBA Live 14 and the first game in its first UFC mixed martial arts game. EA Sports will release all four games within the next 12 months.

The footage showed highly detailed graphics for all four titles, using a new engine, EA Sports Ignite. Features such as new achievements, and the ability to upload highlights of gameplay to share with friends were revealed as part of EA Sports' presentation. In addition, FIFA 14 Ultimate Team will be an exclusive feature for the Xbox One version of the pro soccer game.

The graphics certainly looked great during the demo and it will be interesting to see what the final games will look like, since we still likely have several months before the Xbox One console is released.
