In anticipation of the upcoming Thanksgiving weekend in the United States, Microsoft has started a promotion dubbed "10 Days of 10 Cent Deals" which offers massive discounts on a variety of popular apps, games, music and movies. For a limited time, starting today, the company is allowing users to download a select number of top-rated entertainment items for a meager $0.10.
Popular games in the promotion include Hitman GO, Rayman Fiesta Run, Angry Birds Space, Angry Birds Star Wars, Riptide GP2 and more. Users can also purchase high-quality apps such as UnZip, Back to the Drawing Board, Merriam-Webster Dictionary and KVADPhoto+ Pro. Music tracks include 'One More Night' by Maroon 5, 'Timber' by Pitbull, and 'All of Me' by John Legend, among others.
Enticing movies include recent blockbusters, such as Jurassic World, Terminator Genisys, and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, along with some slightly older favorites, including Despicable Me, The Dark Knight and X-Men: First Class. However, it is important to note that movies can only be rented for the discounted price of $0.10, and cannot be yours for the keeping for the same price.
Microsoft has also pointed out that these deals are available in the United States only for a limited time - from Friday, November 20 through Sunday, November 29 - and will be available on Windows 10 devices only. Interested buyers can head to the Windows 10 Store to take advantage of the promotion.
