Popular Xbox titles to sell for $9.99; Microsoft confirms 16 participating games in program's "first wave."

Greatest Hits, Player's Choice, Platinum Hits... Whatever the program is called, each current-generation system has a discount program where older, popular games see their shelf lives extended, usually with the help of $20 price tags.
