EA discounts a month of Origin Access to $1, offer available until next week

EA gave out a free month of Origin Access in October to Origin users for simply enabling 2-factor authentication on their accounts. Now, the company is offering the Origin Access Basic subscription service at a discount, dropping the price from $4.99 to $0.99.

The offer is only available until December 16, slated to expire just under a week from now. Until then, one month of Origin Access can be bought for that less than a single dollar price. Following the discounted month, users will have the option to keep the subscription at $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year.

The yearly price of Basic and Origin Access Premier tier costs aren't affected by the discount.

The Basic Origin Access subscription currently boasts 243 games in its vault, a number that increases every month as EA adds more games. The most recent drop of games for Basic had SUPERHOT, Breathedge, and more, with Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night coming later this month.
