Grounded, Yakuza Kiwami 2, Carrion, and five more games coming to Xbox Game Pass

Xbox Game Pass subscribers are gaining access to eight new games during the next two weeks, with Microsoft today announcing the second wave of additions. Some of these titles, such as Carrion and Yakuza Kiwami 2, were already announced as incoming, but now there's a whole host of other experiences sandwiching their arrivals.

Here are the eight announced games, the platforms they will be available on, plus their launch dates on the Xbox Game Pass services:

Xbox Game Pass for Console:

  • Forager - July 16
  • Mount & Blade: Warband - July 16
  • Carrion - July 23
  • Grounded (Xbox Game Preview) - July 28
  • Yakuza Kiwami 2 - July 30
  • Nowhere Prophet - July 30
  • The Touryst - July 30

Xbox Game Pass for PC:

  • Forager - July 16
  • Carrion - July 23
  • Golf With Your Friends - July 23
  • Grounded (Xbox Game Preview) - July 28
  • Yakuza Kiwami 2 - July 30
  • Nowhere Prophet - July 30
  • The Touryst - July 30

Meanwhile, as new games arrive, three will be leaving the subscription programs on July 31, them being Ashes Cricket (Console), RiME (Console and PC), and The Banner Saga 3 (Console and PC).

In addition to the announced games, Endless Space 2 and Halo 3 - via the Master Chief Collection - arrived to the Xbox Game Pass for PC service recently. Moreover, the rogue-lite Neon Abyss landed inside both Console and PC subscriptions on launch day. The new Microsoft Flight Simulator will also be hitting Xbox Game Pass next month when it launches.

Xbox Game Studios-developed titles are getting a showcase on July 23, and we could get another list of Xbox Game Pass arrivals during the show. As usual, all first-party Xbox titles will be arriving to the Microsoft subscription programs at launch.
