Mojang has officially given the name Trails & Tales to the 1.20 update of Minecraft it has been teasing for some time now. It carries a brand-new biome, Archeology features, camels, and more.
The last feature reveal for the upcoming Minecraft 1.20 shows that the sandbox game will add the cherry blossom biome, where the pigs, sheep, and bees mobs will spawn into the game.
The new Sniffer mob will find seeds for Minecraft players that, when planted, will turn into new and decorative plants. It was voted in as a new mob for the game back in late 2022.
Mojang is seeking to finally bring Archeology as a feature to Minecraft soon. The discovery-focused gameplay element was first announced in 2020 before being heavily delayed until now.
