Wolfenstein II season pass includes mini campaigns featuring three new protagonists

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus was unveiled at Bethesda's E3 conference last month, and today, the publisher has revealed information regarding the game's post-launch content.

The game will have a total of four DLC packs and will give players the opportunity to play as three new protagonists, giving a break to BJ Blazkowicz from his mission to free America from the Nazi regime in the primary campaign.

The three new freedom fighters, Joseph Stallion, Jessica Valiant and Gerald Wilkins are introduced in the first DLC, Episode Zero, showcasing their unique abilities and weapons while killing plenty of Nazis.

After the introductions, the next three DLC packs split the crew apart into individual, action packed stories of their own. Each of the DLC packs' synopses provided by Bethesda are as follows:

  • The Adventures of Gunslinger Joe – As former professional quarterback Joseph Stallion, smash through Nazi hordes from the ruins of Chicago to the vastness of space!
  • The Diaries of Agent Silent Death – As ex-OSS agent and assassin Jessica Valiant, infiltrate Nazi bunkers in California and discover the secrets of Operation San Andreas!
  • The Amazing Deeds of Captain Wilkins – As the US Army’s renowned hero Captain Gerald Wilkins, embark on a mission to Nazi-controlled Alaska to dismantle Operation Black Sun!

The season pass containing all these DLC packs is named Wolfenstein II: The Freedom Chronicles , and will cost $24.99 in the US, £17.99 in the UK and $34.95 in Australia. The Episode Zero DLC will also be included as a bonus for anyone who pre-orders the game.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is on its way for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 on October 27. The game will also feature 4K and HDR support on the upcoming Xbox One X console.
