Age of Empires III: DE, Heave Ho, Katana Zero, and more come to Xbox Game Pass

The second wave of incoming October Xbox Game Pass titles was revealed today. Although there isn't a big name Bethesda-published title included like last time, it is a rather interesting month for subscribers with eight more games joining the fray. From Xbox Game Studios arrives Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition to finish up the franchise remasters, which lands alongside indie hits like Katana Zero, Supraland, and Heave Ho.

As usual, the games are split between the PC and Xbox One subscription variants. One game from the bunch is also joining the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription's cloud gaming portfolio for Android users.

Announced games and their arrival dates are as follows:

  • Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition (PC) – October 15
  • Heave Ho (PC) – October 15
  • Katana Zero (PC, Console, and Android) – October 15
  • Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition (PC and Console) – October 15

  • ScourgeBringer (Console) – October 21
  • Cricket 19 (Console) – October 22

Considering this wave's games stop dropping in the third week of October, there's a good chance that another selection of titles is being prepared for the final week. As for the leaving soon section, Microsoft detailed two groups of games, one leaving on October 15 and one on October 30:
