LG debuts "Wish List" video that could hint at features for its next smartphone

Today, LG debuted a video on its YouTube channel that asked "what's on your wish list for the ideal smartphone?" This is no doubt tied to the fact that the company will be announcing its next flagship smartphone that is expected to arrive in February, the G6.

When it comes to a new smartphone, there is a set of criteria that needs to be hit in order for it be classified as a true flagship. LG has created a video that questions what people might be looking for when they are considering a new handset. First off it appears that a handset needs to offer thinner bezels, making room for larger displays that are packed into smaller bodies. If this is a promo for the G6, we already know that the handset will offer a 5.7-inch QHD+ display, giving it a unique aspect ratio of 18:9.

As far as protection goes, the handset could arrive being waterproof, as this was one of the missing features of the G5 that popped up on many competitors handsets. It appears that LG might also offer a warranty that goes beyond standard coverage, something similar to HTC's free phone replacement.

But the most interesting part of the video comes when a young lady exclaims that she wants to "capture it all at once". What could LG mean by this? Since there is no detailed explanation, we can also assume that the company will expand its foray into the world of photography and will hopefully offer something unique. Naturally, in order to decipher this mystery, we will have to wait until February, when LG is set to announce its latest handset.
